Losing Server Space Captain!

I was really happy with registering www.trentadams.ca today and added it to my server. It was at this point I went into the admin tool to add the site to my server and to update the DNS that I noticed I was almost out of space on the fucking server! So tonight, I am deleting almost all shit that doesn’t need to be there. No more shit on the server. Just space for me and my sites!!..and Keith I guess!

Step Aside And Watch The Wreck

Dad and I were talking about this last night, but even if the cattle price drops to 0 and every single person in this industry get their ass kicked, we will remain untouched as we are not participating at all. While all the good folks in this industry are getting beat to death, we are not going to even come out with a cut.

While I have nothing but sympathy for all the people that will hurt from this, I am happy to say that I will not be hurting at all. With all major market problems and drops, there is always the chance of a lifetime with opportunities at the bottom. There is room to buy a shitload of cattle once the wheels fall off and get back in when we start trading as if the border is not going to open. I say as if because the border will open, but not until there is so much hurt from speculating an early opening that there will be nothing than opportunities to get back in.

It might take some time to get the market to adjust, but we have recently heard that the US investment in our markets will have them running for the hills after losing $100 US + per animal and some will not even get their cattle killed by the packers!

Once they are gone and this turn knocks off some other players, we should start to see a market chance for us. Patience in this type of situation is a real virtue. Getting in too quick will just lead to an early death. We just have to watch the markets and take a chance when we have figured out a calculated move.

I think that I have to EE trentadams.com and make it a better site. I have had no real issues with nucleus, but for the use of the site, EE will just work much better. That way I have a site using EE that I can actually work on and have a reason to work on it. Nucleus is still my main software for my journal, but EE may work better with a main site. I will try it out and see how it works! What the hell, I can always delete it and make it into a nucleus site again!!
